Short name: VERSeau 
Operating since 1983, the association, VERSeau Développement is a non-profit organisation that aims to bring together research, industry and public authorities in the field of water, with a more recent integration of global change impacts issues. VERSeau’s objective is to promote synergy and cooperation through its expertise in institutional, technical and legal aspects.
Mobilising its large network, it assembles and coordinates research, training or development projects. VERSeau also provides advice to territorial bodies, and participates in cooperative development programmes in numerous Mediterranean countries, Central and Eastern European countries and Latin America.
VERSeau has been granted special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

Role in the project
VERSeau was subcontracted in September 2008 by the MEEDDAT, mainly for the coordination and valorization of the CIRCLE MED call. In addition, it will give general support to MEEDDAT activities in CIRCLE.
