Research calls
One of CIRCLE's prime objectives is to organise and execute joint calls of the partaking research programmes. This operative action has started in summer 2007 and is supposed to be extended throughout CIRCLE's lifetime.
So far, the joint calls have certain geographical focus areas (for example the Mediterranean or the Nordic parts of Europe). In future, there will also be topical joint calls with a broader geographical scope.
